Signode BXT2 Battery Powered Plastic Strapping Combination Tools
The Signode BXT2 is a series of Battery Powered Strapping Tools designed for different widths of poly strapping. It uses friction weld joint mechanism, an automatic weld function for higher efficiency, and reliable battery-powered operation for improving productivity. The combination tool is designed for highly reliable and consistent strapping operations. The latest Hypercharge Technology in the Bosch battery allows it to charge up to 80% within 15 minutes.
Versions of BXT2 Strapping Tools
The 4 versions of the BXT2 tool are as following.
1. Signode BXT2-10
This tool has flexible settings and can accommodate both polyester and polypropylene straps of width 3/8” to 1/2”. It is perfectly suited for light-duty applications. Signode Bxt2-10 and specifications are as following:

2. Signode Bxt2-16
The Signode BXT2-16 has been designed for strapping poly straps of width 3/8” to 5/8”. It has an ergonomic design and features dual-button operation for reducing operator fatigue. The bxt2-16 and specifications are as following:

3. Signode BXT2-19
The Signode BXT2-19, like other tools in the family, features the latest brushless motor technology. The unique battery design further minimizes contact damage. All this helps in reducing wear and improves the tool’s life. bxt2-19 and specifications are as following:

4. Signode BXT2-32
The BXT2-32 is the most powerful Battery Powered Strapping Tools in the BXT2 series. It is designed to simplify your strapping operations. It is designed to accept high-strength polyester straps of width up to 1-1/4” and can generate up to 1,430 lbs of tension.
The bxt2-32 and specifications are as following:
